  Sensei Luis Ruiz began his Karate training in 1979 and is now a 5th degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, he is a USA & Dominican Republic National official and on an International level he is a Pan American Karate Federation Official as well. Avi Azoulay – Treasurer


  Born and raised in Israel, Sensei Avi Azoulay started training in Shotokan in 1971 at the age of 12. In addition, he spent a couple of years learning judo, Jiu Jitsu and aikido, in order to better his karate studies. He received his Shodan in 1977 and in 1978 was drafted into the IDF. In 1989 he was a member of the USA Maccabi team to the World Maccabiah Games in Israel, 1991 The Pan Am games in Uruguay and in 1993 The World Maccabiah Games in Israel as the USA Karate Team Captain.
